VISION4FOOD took part in the EU Collaboration Corner at the 39th EFFoST International Conference 2025, which took place in Porto, Portugal, from 17-19 November 2025. The event brought together researchers, industry experts and innovators from across Europe to discuss the future of food science and technology.
The EU Collaboration Corner is a dedicated space at the EFFoST Conference that highlights EU-funded projects working to make food systems more sustainable, healthy and resilient. It offers a great opportunity for projects to increase visibility, share results and connect with the wider food science community.
Alongside VISION4FOOD, several other EU projects and initiatives were showcased, covering topics such as alternative proteins, food safety, data-driven food systems, sustainable food partnerships, transparency in food supply chains and innovative agri-food technologies. Together, these projects illustrated the strong role of EU research in driving positive change across the food sector.
By participating in the EU Collaboration Corner, VISION4FOOD was able to engage with conference participants, exchange ideas with other projects and highlight its contribution to European research and innovation in food systems.
The EFFoST Conference continues to be an important platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing, helping to turn research outcomes into real-world impact.
